We love to support Australian businesses therefore we opt to use Australia Post to deliver our parcels directly to you!
All orders placed are packaged and distributed within 3 days.
Please allow up to an additional 10 days for delivery, once Australia Post has collected your parcel you will be issued a tracking number.
Be sure to check the correct delivery address has been entered, as failure to do so could result in an additional re-postage fee applied to your order.
Should your parcel arrive damaged, Australia Post offer compensation directly to you, see link below.

For lost or missing parcels, enquires are directed to Australia Post, see link below. Should more than a fortnight pass we will assess each situation independently for a refund or replacement.

For any other issues please send a photo of the damaged product and the box to info@barossacandleco.com.au within 24hrs of the parcel being delivered and we will assess.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
